During this time of the year, we are facing a deadly infection, the Coronavirus. What are some psychological factors that are affecting our community? While this pandemic is occurring, people might be facing anxiety, or even battling the Coronavirus infection. Our mental health and the coronavirus are tied back together with shocking similarities. Like all problems in life, these problems will find their solution, this means that even though the Coronavirus is a huge issue, the tension will die down. A simple tip to clear the mind from mental health problems and the Coronavirus is to acknowledge the fear, anxiety, pain, and worry that you may be experiencing. By doing so, you won't let these negative thoughts control you, instead of the thoughts restraining you, you'd be the one in care of yourself. Another way of clearing these concerns form yourself as a simple way, make yourself a sleep schedule and a daily routine. By doing so, you will be making your body at a healthy state, by both mental and physical health, by getting the same amount of sleep, your mind is at ease.

Adding on, another way to make the panicky energy die down is by exercising. Studies have shown that exercise releases chemicals like endorphins and serotonin that improve your mood. Exercise plays an important factor when trying to release your body from the negative thoughts that can control you. Another great way to release the pain from the mental health and the Coronavirus shocks is by cutting down caffeine and alcohol from your diet, this impacts us due to the intake of sugar by both liquids.
